Can I Add a Custom Logo or Design?
Yes, you can! Just send it to our team. We offer 3D Print logos, and (full colour) UV and Digital Print.
What Colours Can I Choose for the Tap Out?
At the moment, we offer Tap Outs in Marbled Moonstone (yellow) and Sun-dried Limestone (gray), and can add your logo or design as digital print in full colour.
When can I expect my order?
For most quantities we can deliver unpersonalised Tap Outs in 5 working days, and customised Tap Outs in 10 working days after your approval of the design.
Can One Tap Out be used with Multiple Phones?
Absolutely (and great idea to push partner, friends, or interns to use it too). As long as the phone has the Tap Out app installed, it works on any Tap Out Point!
Do You Have Access to Data About Which Apps Are Being Blocked?
Nope - all information about which apps you block is stored only on your phone.
What If Someones Loses the Tap Out or Needs Urgent Access?
In case you lose your Tap Out Point or have an emergency, you can always get access with an urgent access token, of which you get 3. You use the token by filling in multiple long and difficult codes. Once they're gone, you need to request new ones with us :)
Do all phones work with Tap Out?
Tap Out works on Android phones with a later OS version, and on iPhones with iOS 17 or higher.
Because iPads and most tablets don't have NFC scanners, we're developing an alternative solution.
