Returns & Refund Policy

We are confident you will love your Tap Out, but if you find that Tap Out for any reason is not for you: no problem. You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it for a full refund.
How it works
- Eligibility: To qualify, your item must be returned within 30 days after receival, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
- Requesting a return: Message us via email (support@tapoutcompany.com) to request your return. Although not needed for the refund, we would love to hear your feedback so we can improve.
- Return label: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- Important: Please always include your order number somewhere inside the shipment.
- Shipment address: once your return shipment is approved, you will receive the return address for your package.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund for your product will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take some extra time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@tapoutcompany.com.
Defective or Wrong Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right immediately:
• You will receive a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer
• We will cover the return shipping costs
Exceptions
• Custom products such as special orders or personalized items
• Gift cards
European Union Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you also have a 14 day cooling off period. This means you can return your order within 14 days for any reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
